Here are a few qualities that we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:  Proven cost estimation experience is ideal in the areas of reconstruction and restoration Construction experience with multi-family dwellings is also ideal A related degree in construction science or construction management is required for those with little or no experience Knowledge of local market pricing is preferred Polished communication skills with the ability to confidently present and support one’s conclusions is a must Experience with estimating software is strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel required The ability to travel up to 15% of the time may be required You’ve taken the time to learn more about this position.
