We pride ourselves on Quality and customer satisfaction.  Job Description:

Manage, Coordinate, Control & Execute the total scope of electrical requirements.

 

Responsibilities & Requirements: Complete understanding and monitoring of plans, specifications, contract documents, prime & subcontracts, including monthly progress payment requests.

Ability to bring job in on time & under budget.

Must have excellent communication & coordination with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, design team, clients & customers.

Assist in Interviewing & hiring future electricians, apprentice’s & laborer’s.

Schedule Manpower.

Site Management of field personnel.

Order, schedule, & monitor project materials, tools and equipment.

Prepare, write & monitor change orders, RFP’s  &  RFI’s 

 Preferred Job Qualifications & Skills: Ideal candidate should have min. 5 years electrical project management/superintendent experience.

Knowledge of estimating techniques & cost control. Experience with computerized estimating with Accubid or similar estimating software a plus.   Commercial estimating experience a plus. Ability to read, interpret and understand plans, blueprints, drawings, specifications, addenda and all related documents. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines & prioritize workload. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management skills. Organized & detail oriented team player. Self-starter, able to work independently and multi-task. Proficient with Microsoft word & excel. CAD/Engineering skills a plus. Design/Build experience a plus.
