Hill International has an immediate opening for an experienced Construction Manager to provide construction management project overview during the design and construction phases for the Kalispell Tribe of Indians Northern Quest Resort and Casino Expansion project.

 RESPONSIBILITIES Review weekly and monthly reports as presented by the Contractor, present to the Project Manager comments of non-compliance, and/or areas of concern and corrective actionsCommunicate with the Project Manager regarding project progress and areas of concern.  Advise Project Manager of any foreseen delay of progress and propose corrective actionsREQUIREMENTS

 Must have a minimum of 10 years construction management experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related fieldMust have strong oral and written communication skills Experience using Microsoft Office software and Primavera scheduling softwareExperience using MC2 estimating software is a plus!
