Construction Manager - Direct Hire!

Their areas of expertise include environmental, earth sciences, and waste management consulting, with practices in engineering, remediation, construction, contract operations and management, air quality management, water and wastewater engineering, solid waste management and transportation and infrastructure engineering.

The Construction Manager position is reserved for candidates that have:A bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field4-5 years of experience in supervising multi-disciplinary project crews Must have commercial construction experienceWillingness to travel extensively for long-term projectsCHMM a plus!

 

Successful candidates will work out of Richmond, VA  and be responsible for:

 Developing site work plansImplementing site health and safety plansBuilding and managing project schedulesManaging costs against budgetsSubcontractor oversightConducting status meetingsDelivering presentations to clients

 

In addition, you will need a valid driver’s license, the ability to pass a background check for work on government sites, and the capability to wear respiratory protection and pass a physical (including a drug screen).
