Construction Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

My client a premier company that performs G/C, Construction Management, and Design Build projects in the DE/PA/NJ area, and is local to the Chester County area is actively seeking an experience Project or Sr project Manager.  They are well established with an excellent reputation and a full book of business. This is the perfect place for someone seeking a stable company with a firm foundation and future set in place.





Project Managers- Mid-level and senior project managers.  Individuals will ideally have a degree in Engineering or Construction management, with 7 or more years of Commercial Construction experience (Office Buildings, Retail, Schools, etc) (Pharma/Lab/Hospital/CGMP Environment a plus).  Applicants must have commercial experience running projects from ground up.  Experience with multi-million dollar projects is desired (5-50 million+)

Estimators- Are also needed!  (PA- Philadelphia (city & suburbs) and New Jersey (Cherry Hill and North Jersey- Warren).  Opportunities vary depending upon location, but have clients seeking 1- 3 years Project Engineer candidates (junior) as well as clients seeking experience candidates 5-20 years of experience.



RequirementsQualified individuals for these positions will have at least several years of (commercial, retail, industrial, institutional) experience with a stable work history and relevant work/ project experience. Must have experience in the areas of work mentioned. Salary is dependent upon years of experience.  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, building construction, Construction Science, Architecture, Architectural Engineering or relevant degree a plus but not required.   Looking for hard working, aggressive, forward thinking construction personnel that love the industry and want to work for an excellent company.
