Construction Project Superintendent

Project Superintendent needed for Commercial General Contractor. 

 

Responsibilities


Primary responsibilities includes providing overall day-to-day supervision and coordination for multiple job site operations. Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors and providing quality control checks.

Supervise and coordinate subcontractors job site operations
Help to establish and maintain project schedules including start, progress, and completion schedules.
Provide job site quality control checks to ensure the best possible product.
Prepare and submit accurate, detailed, written daily reports for the project.
Together with the Project Manager, prepare agenda and hold job progress meetings with subcontractors to coordinate project progress with minutes distributed to all parties.
Maintain communications with Project Manager to ensure proper coordination of the project among the on-site office, job site operations and subs/vendors.

 

 

 

Requirements

 Supervisory experience in the construction industry with a commercial and/or industrial general contractor
Experience in supervising multiple subcontractors on multiple construction and repair projects
Must be a US Citizen

 

 

Compensation and benefits will be based upon experience.
