This Fortune 500 Company offering generous training for talented individuals interested in construction supervisory roles.   Perfect role for JMO’s with Construction and/or Engineering, and Transportation, Logistics, or Maintenance backgrounds interested in managing/scheduling project labor, materials and other assets. Lead and manage technicians involved in installation and equipment maintenance, working with construction trades, managers and superintendents. Strong quality assurance and customer interfacing skills.   Must be an organized self-starter with excellent time and project management skills. An energetic team player with strong listening, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities include managing the successful implementation of all new construction projects, while meeting both customer expectations and profitability measures. Field education and safety training, performing and managing technical surveys and estimates; must possess the ability to communicate effectively with people at multiple levels in the organization.

$65K - $75K beginning salary, depending on experience.   Additional monetary incentives, excellent benefits.   Locations in Chicago and DC areas as well as major cities across the USA.  



Requirements: Must have a four year degree  Possess interest and aptitude for working in a building/construction environment Strong leadership and conflict resolution experience   Must be a self-motivated, results-oriented, strong team player Documented record of achievement Computer competence in Microsoft Office
