Come be a part of our success as a Contract & Project Assistant at our office in

Greenwood Village, CO to ddevelop and manage contracts for our Construction Services division.


 



 THE IDEA CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

·Knowledge and understanding of construction contracts, and familiarity with the processes of construction.

·Ability to handle large volume of closings.

·Ability to be a team player in a fast pace corporate office environment.

·Ability to obtain, verify, process, document and maintain records relevant to a project, including but not limited to close out, purchase orders, change orders, correspondence, contract documents, and other related documentation.

·Ability to take direction from on-site and off-site management and Project Managers in the field.

·Assist with special projects as requested.

 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

·Self-directed and proactive, work independently with broad guidelines.

·Build teamwork and cooperation among individuals and departments.

·Demonstrate effective communication skills by listening effectively, transmitting accurate information and actively seeking feedback.

·Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

·Be dependable/reliable and follow through on commitments, producing timely work to required- or higher-standards, and pitching in to get the job completed.

·Be attentive to detail and monitoring adherence to company standards.

·Logical thinker ability to think things through

·Strong customer service skills

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

·3 + years experience in contract administration/estimation, preferably in the construction industry.

·Experience in renovation/rehab preferred.

·Experience with MS Office, MS Word, and MS Excel.

·Experience with Timberline preferred.

·Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering preferred.
