We are currently seeking a Corporate Marketing & Communications Director to lead and manage all marketing and corporate communication efforts throughout the Company.  This is an extremely critical position, as the company continues to grow at an unprecedented pace.

 

Key responsibilities include:

·  Develop, implement and manage strategic and tactical marketing plans

·  Direct marketing activities including promotions, proposals, market research, and industry/community involvement

·  Manage and strengthen brand identity and marketing materials

·  Manage and develop internal marketing team and external agency

 

Qualifications:

·  10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within the construction/engineering industry

·  Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field

·  Ability to think strategically and analytically, while getting hands on with execution

·  Superior interpersonal and decision-making skills

·  Self-starter and resourceful problem solver

·  Flexible and able to adapt well to changing conditions

·  Excellent verbal and written communications skills

·  Experience managing projects and developing teams
