Will meet with customer to determine needs. Establishes and maintains long-term trust relationship with assigned accounts and insures 100% customer satisfaction and retention. Person is expected to be the point of contact for customer issues. Promotes the use of additional Honeywell services and products and provides sales leads. Identifies and coordinates efforts between sales and operations to resolve customer issues. Evaluates and identifies specific positive and negative processes to improve satisfaction and reduce customer problems. Person will also be responsible to perform administrative functions for sales and operations team. Principal Accountabilities:Maintain and develop relationships with assigned contract customers via face to face meetings and the telephone Attend to customer needs and requests, serving as liaison to appropriate Honeywell personnel and departments Track action items to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction. Work with the Field Service Leaders to renew the service agreements of assigned customers at profitable margins Seek out potential revenue opportunities including customer’s budgeted upgrades or expansions, forwarding these opportunities to the Regional Sales Leaders for distribution Meet monthly deadlines for customer contact reporting. 75% local travel and occasional overnight travel to meet with customers

Basic Qualifications:2 year Associate degree or Technical Diploma Minimum 3 years previous experience in face to face customer service position Computer literacy / Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Must be able to travel locally 75% and up to 25% overnight of the time Eligibility to work in the U.S. Valid Driver's License

Additional Qualifications:Exceptional written and oral communications skills Strong conflict management and negotiation skills Strong organizational skills Three+ years technical sales experience; HVAC, controls or security sales experience highly desired Knowledge of HVAC and BAS or EMS an asset BA/BS degree preferred
