Customer Service Coordinator

Mitec provides innovative fire and property protection services to commercial facilities throughout the Southeast and Midwest.  Utilizing the latest technologies and industry professionals clients include all major property management firms, hotels, medical facilities, and municipal facilities in the markets served.  With continued market growth and expansion into new markets an opportunity to join Mitec’s team is available to a qualified individual.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  The handling of all day-to day customer related activities in the Customer Control Center. This position requires a detail oriented individual that is able to handle multi-tasking and has a passion for serving internal and external customers and taking care of their needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment, providing administrative support to the Account Managers, Field Staff, Control Center, and the Accounting Department.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  Excellent communication skills, desire to work in a team environment, positive attitude, and a passion for serving customers are required.  College preferred but high school diploma or equivalent is acceptable with strong customer service history.  A good working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are also required.
