Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

SkyeTec has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative that will be able to translate English/Spanish via phone conversation and emails.  You will be responsible for answering inbound/outbound calls and other duties as assigned to ensure 100% customer satisfaction for homeowners throughout the state of Florida.  

 Skills and Experience:

  Excellent oral and written English communication skills Bilingual - Speak and write Spanish/English Inbound/Outbound call center experience preferred Ability to resolve conflicts quickly and effectively Ability to mulitasked while talking on the phone Ability to be on the phone for long periods of time Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds  Be available for flexible shift hours 7:30 am - 6:00 pm.

 

Flexible Hours:  7:30 am - 6:00 pm.
