Customer Service Representative, Kitchen & Bath

 

In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a primary point of communication for our customers and will be responsible to effectively handle issues while developing and maintaining strong working relationships with our customers. 

 

Essential Job Functions include: 

 

• Answer telephone calls from customers in a professional, efficient and friendly manner

 

• Respond to all customer requests with a sense of urgency and maintain an accurate call pad to document any requests that may require additional follow up

 

• Manage sensitive customer situations and handle, investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, with empathy

 

• Provide the required quality records and the most current up to date product information

 

• Interface with other departments to maintain accurate customer and operational information

 

• Maintain a well organized work area and a professional demeanor

 

• Maintain and contribute to a positive work environment by assisting external customers, internal customers and co-workers and exercising good judgment 

 

Qualified candidates for this position must have a High School diploma, 1-3 months of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The ability to use Microsoft Outlook and Word as well as excellent communication, multi-tasking, data entry and basic math skills are essential.
