Director, Operations - oversee significant capital/process improvements at 10 to 12 factories

You will oversee 10 to 12 factories in the western US, driving the completion of capital projects and the integration of new plants into the JM Eagle infrastructure. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have significant experience directing multiple plastics manufacturing facilities, having come up through the ranks from a Plant Manager role. A background in plastics extrusion technologies is strongly preferred. You'll also need a solid work ethic and a willingness to take a hands-on approach in a lean organization.
