Director of Operations - Land Surveying

Guida Surveying, Inc. (GSI) is a multi-disciplined firm that has established a true mark in the land surveying industry with over eighteen years of service!

We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated individuals to fulfill the role of Director of Operations working out of our Dublin, CA office. This is an extremely exciting prospect for the right candidate! This position offers the opportunity to continue to cultivate, shape, and develop Guida Surveying, Inc. (GSI) service groups to compliment our client needs.

DESCRIPTION: 

Develop and implement goals, objectives, policies and priorities for assigned area of responsibility.  Responsible for overall quality control and profitability of all projects.  Directs survey staff to properly perform their directed work in accordance with company survey standards.  Responsible for assigning personnel to meet project schedules and project deadlines.  Develop and implement project budgets. Has overall responsibility for the profitability of department projects.  Business management skills that have primary coordination for the business in the areas of business strategy development, solution discovery, service management, and employee relationship management. 

Candidate must have at least 8 years of experience in Land Surveying and at least 4 years in management.
