We are currently seeking to strengthen our Latin American and Domestic Sales team.

 

-Director of Sales, Latin America

Successful candidate should be a highly motivated, native Spanish speaker or fully fluent, who enjoys challenges and can effectively function in a structured sales department.  Job specific training will be given.  Successful candidate will develop and grow customer relationships. Provide forecasting to JW Jones Company Management. Provide feedback to assist in process improvements to increase organizational performance. Candidate will be responsible for growth of pipeline, provide follow-up and solutions to potential customers.  Candidate must be able to communicate important information to potential customers on promotions, new products, etc. Demonstrate professionalism by creating a positive image for the leading supplier of equipment and parts to the mining, quarrying and recycling industry.

 

Meet or exceed monthly quotas for sales. Close sales opportunities for client. Work within a team to achieve program level results.

Position will be based out of Paragon, IN and will require some travel.
