District Manager

Develop and manage dealers and distribution channels. Manage field sales personnel; if you haven’t had hands-on supervisory experience but meet the other position requirements, this could be an excellent opportunity to start developing your sales management skills. Analyze sales prospects, prepare forecasts, budgets, and plans to successfully penetrate a territory. You: Have a clearly defined track record of success selling construction (or closely related) equipment. Can develop productive business relationships with the sales staff and management in a variety of equipment distribution channels, dealers, and equipment rental companies. Have excellent communications, planning, and time management skills. Can accommodate 50% overnight travel in the North Central California Area. A company vehicle is provided and travel expenses are paid. Have a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline or can demonstrate commensurate experience in this environment.
