We have immediate openings for quality individuals needed to be responsible for representing Stevens Roofing Systems and meeting or exceeding sales goals/budgets for a multi-state district.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Eastern Sales the District Sales Manager job responsibilities include:

 

§ Responsibility for the sales of all Stevens Roofing Systems products and accessories in the assigned multi-state area.  Extensive travel required.

 

§Maintaining constant communications with all appropriate distributors and roofing contractors in the district.

 

§Maintaining current knowledge of all building and construction projects and bidding procedures.

 

§Providing proper periodic forecasts of sales to manufacturing and finance. 

 

§Maintaining knowledge of all competitors, market share information, product offerings and pricing. 

 

§Providing input to technical and product development on product potential and quality issues. 

 

§Maintaining contact and communication with past customers to gauge customer satisfaction and product quality satisfaction.

 

  §Establishing proper budgets and monitoring sales costs for the district.
