Division Concret Frame Director

Ceco Concrete Construction a 94 year old company that specializes in constructing cast-in-place concrete structures such as: parking garages, hospitals, high-rise residential condos, and multi-story offices has an immediate need for a Division Concrete Frame Director.

The Division Concrete Frame Director is responsible for the development of internal concrete frame best practices for the:quantity take-offs estimating and pricing selling and negotiating contract and subcontract management jobsite planning, staffing and scheduling general administration involving RFI’s, change orders, submittalsand approvals general safety and quality control subcontractor management

The Division Frame Director also supervises the development of professional and administrative support staff, analyzes and identifies the needs of the corporation for education, training programs and services in the development of skills and competencies to complete concrete frame projects.  Develops or oversees the development and preparation of training, visual aids, and reference materials appropriate to company concrete frame objectives.



 

Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college in civil engineering or construction management At least 15 to 20 years building and management experience in concrete frame projects that can be demonstrated to be applicable to the duties listed in the job description. Must be knowledgeable of current information technology systems as they pertain to the development concrete construction. Must be proficient in Microsoft office applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing to/with all levels of employees Consulting experience is a plus.
