ESTIMATOR

 

Spancrete Industries, Inc., a leading manufacturer of structural precast concrete products, has an immediate opening at its sales office in Waukesha, WI for an experienced estimator.  This position will work closely with the sales group and be responsible for examining plans and specifications, identifying products for quote, preparing accurate quotations, and coordinating and communicating with sales and customers.

 

The ideal candidate will have prior estimating experience in building or construction industry, above average performance in current position, knowledge of precast concrete products, ability to read and interpret architectural and structural prints and specifications, PC proficiency, good mathematical aptitude, strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
