Electrical Estimator / Project Manager

E C Company has an immediate opening for an Electrical Estimator/Project Manager.  This position is located in Albany, OR and encompasses estimating a wide range of Industrial and/or Commercial Construction projects. Projects include high rise offices, steel mills, paper mills, hospitals, small commercial office buildings, tenant improvements, power plants, water treatment plants and all other commercial or industrial construction projects.

 

Experience and Skills required:

 Proficiency in electrical computer based estimating programs, TRF Estimating a plusProficient computer skills; Word and ExcelProven ability at detailed take-off for electrical in Industrial and Commercial projects Must be self motivated and able to work independently Must have excellent multitasking, organizational and prioritizing skills to competitively estimate multiple bid projects within scheduled bid datesSuperior written and verbal communication skillsLocal Supplier/Client relationships a plusJourney level or college graduate in a related field with minimum 4 years electrical estimating experience. Candidates who do not have the above credentials, will also be considered if they have 6 years electrical estimating experience
