REQUIREMENTS:BA/BS degree, with focus in Human Resources and knowledge of federal/state employment law. Ability to foster positive and supportive business relationships with employment prospects. MS Office proficiency, including research, report presentation, and spreadsheet skills.Excellent verbal, written, telephone, computer communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.Valid Drivers’ License issued by state of residence and in good standing.  U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate outreach to communicate Ameresco's growth and hire energy services professionals. Review applicant resumes and project experience to determine matching skills and qualifications.Coordinate applicant screening, interview, travel, and other employment process activities.Perform job-based and behavioral teleconferences and interviews with prospective candidates.Serve as key point of contact with Hiring Managers and applicants throughout recruiting process.Ensure compliance with company practices as well as local, state, federal laws and guidelines.
