We are currently seeking such an individual to lead our experienced recruiting efforts in the US. 

 

The Recruiter will be responsible for:

 

· Partnering with managers to identify staff needs, develop position descriptions and create a strategic recruitment plan

· Effectively sourcing, recruiting and referring qualified candidates

· Developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates

· Developing strategic and unique recruiting advertising / marketing / branding campaign to attract passive and active, high potential candidates in various geographic locations 

· Utilizing networking abilities (local technical organizations, referrals from current employees, clients, and candidates, etc.)

 

Qualified applicants will have/be:

 

· An undergraduate degree

· Recruiter:  4 years experience with full cycle recruiting in a corporate environment

· Senior Recruiter:  7 years experience with full cycle recruiting in a corporate environment

· The ability to work in high volume, engineering and general contracting recruiting environment

· Highly skilled in developing market penetration in various geographic locations

· Skilled at producing creative advertising and materials

· Skilled in a variety of sourcing techniques such as direct sourcing

· Experienced managing third party vendors

· Competent with Microsoft Office programs as well as being efficient in a large HRIS

· Knowledge of employment law

· Team player mentality with an interest in other areas of Human Resources
