Environmental Compliance Scientist/Engineer ENGINEERING YOUR CAREER SUCCESS THE JOB—WHAT IT IS:In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing multi-media compliance audits and assessments, environmental permitting, regulatory compliance support, project management, report and proposal writing. Responsibilities will may also entail providing technical direction and mentoring to junior staff, while assisting Terracon in building our regulatory compliance practice. THE PERSON—WHAT IT TAKES:A Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related science is required. A Masters Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related science is preferred. You must have 5 years experience in environmental regulatory compliance or consulting services. Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet; ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; and a demonstrated ability to prepare technical reports are required.
