Equipment After Sales Service Manager

A recognized North American distributor for a worldwide manufacturer is looking for an experienced leader who can fulfill the duties of Equipment After Sales Service Manager for our growing dealer and customer network.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an ambitious and success driven leader who will coordinate, and supervise all aspects related to after sales service. Job requirements include troubleshooting, technical support, training, coordination with international manufacturer, warranty and insurance claims on equipment and other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

To be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 10 years of service and maintenance experience in this or a closely related field along with prior supervisory responsibilities. You must have an excellent working knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems, good analytical skills and the ability to multi-task. Computer experience and excellent customer service skills are required.
