Estimating Department Administrative Assistant

Privately held underground construction/engineering contractor headquartered in Livermore, Ca is looking for an Administrative Assistant for its estimating department.  Job responsibilities would include ordering plans, screening calls for the Executive VP, completing pre-qualification statements, maintaining the bid schedule as well as schedules for estimators and all other administrative functions required by the estimating department.
