Help Worth & Co., Inc. be a leader in the Construction industry by acting as the Estimator - Plumbing & HVAC who projects and controls construction costs; gathers information and requirements; prepares construction budget; evaluates offers to purchase; obtains bids from vendors and subcontractors; maintains cost keys and price masters; resolves cost discrepancies; prepares special reports.

Qualifications

Expert at using database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare various versions of complex statistical and written summary reports for different levels of management.

Skillfully synthesizes large quantities of complex information under pressure. Distills it to the most critical issues and draws accurate conclusions, taking into account a high degree of uncertainty.

Technical ability to accurately estimate difficult and deep projects in the $1M to $25M range.

Dedicated to exceeding quality standards and providing products and services of the highest caliber.

Capable of producing comprehensive documentation.

Makes effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities.

Proficient at establishing sound budget goals and objectives.

Is team-oriented and works collaboratively to achieve team goals.

Monitors vendor effectiveness in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.

Skilled at assisting customers with claims, evaluating and investigating claims, and determining appropriate coverage.

BS or equivalent experience.
