FIELD SUPERINTENDENT / FOREMAN (CONSTRUCTION)

M & W Construction Corporation is seeking a Field Superintendent / Foreman.  We are looking for a successful individual to construct and supervise water and wastewater pump station construction projects.



QUALIFICATIONS WILL INCLUDE:

· Experience constructing water and wastewater pumping stations (minimum of 2 years).



· Ability to troubleshoot and identify problems independently.

· Excellent oral and written communications skills.

· Must be able to stand on rough terrain for extended periods, climb up and down ladders and stairways, bend/stoop to inspect processes or materials and have valid driver’s license.


RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:Oversees the daily construction activities at work site, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the project. Works with contractors to complete project within the given budget and timeframe. Resolves contract disputes and arranges any necessary order changes. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Directs and schedules the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
