(SAI), an established Southeastern regional Engineering, Construction, and Fabrication company in the INDUSTRIAL industry, is looking for qualified individuals interested in the following Fabrication positions:· Fabrication Manager· ASME Code Vessel Designer· Fabrication EstimatorDue to the continued growth of our company, these positions are currently available for well-qualified individuals who have a proven track record of accomplishments in the fabrication industry as it applies to industrial customers and who can work with minimal supervision to accomplish their responsibilities.Fabrication ManagerThe Fabrication Manager position is available for individuals who have proven experience with the design and fabrication of ASME Code compliant Vessels, API Storage Tanks, and TEMA Heat Exchangers. Desired skills and experience include: · Detailed current experience with ASME Codes, API Codes, TEMA codes, and code inspections; · Specific design experience with high quality, higher alloy fabricated vessels; · Familiarity with testing requirements for qualifying welders and shop procedures; · Development of cost effective designs to bid competitively from customer specifications is a must; · Quality Control is integral to performing and scheduling daily procedures in the fabrication shop; · Ability to review and develop shop drawings; · Industrial customer / sales interfacing; · Development of project fabrication schedules; · Estimate costs and hours for fabrication projects; · General computer skills with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Compress and any Code specific computer aided design software; · Ability to communicate clearly in both written and spoken word. · Ability to manage all levels of personnel This candidate will be a key member of the Fabrication Division.
