The Facility Coordinator serves as the business unit's point of contact 24/7.Duties include but are not limited to:• Responding promptly to Facility Service Requests and following up on completed service requests.• Taking immediate action to resolve issues based on best assessment of the situation and reporting any serious facility issues to supervisor.• Supervising vendors and contractors to ensure the highest level of service possible.• Scheduling and performing all preventative maintenance checks on HVAC equipment and emergency generator.• Monitoring the performance of the UPS system and CRAC units at both the home and remote sites.About AIG: American International Group, Inc.
