Facilities/HVAC Maintenance/Service Mechanic

Position Title: Facilities/HVAC Maintenance/Service Mechanic Job Description:UGL-Unicco, an integrated facilities services company, is looking for several maintenance/service mechanics to provide all aspects of building maintenance throughout Southern Delaware.   Duties and Responsibilities:  Successful candidates will be expected to respond to daily preventive and/or corrective work orders.Self perform corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment normally associated with commercial buildings to include HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs as directed.  Demonstrate skills to initiate and complete repairs and assignments in a timely professional manner.  Work with existing staff, vendors and contractors as required to complete work orders to trade standards and customer expectations.  Maintain inventory control, quality assurance and communicating / resolving customer concerns promptly and effectively.  Maintain all necessary documentation on equipment. Qualifications:  This full time position requires a graduate of a technical or trade school - HVAC experience with universal CFC a plus. Minimum of 3-5 + years experience in the industry, ability to read schematics, ability to work independently without supervision and interact effectively at all levels. Applicant must pass a drug screening test and be in good standing with state Department of Motor Vehicles.   Benefits:  Company vehicle, tools and uniform provided. Medical/Dental insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, paid vacation UGL-Unicco is EOE M/F/D/V.
