Facilities Maintenance

Holt of California is seeking a qualified Facilities Maintenance Worker to be responsible for all phases of building and grounds maintenance and repair and must have electrical, plumbing, some HVAC, carpentry, and customer service skills.  This person will also travel independently or with co-workers to other facilities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Paint, and make structural repairs to building interior and exterior walls, dividers, floors, ceilings, and roofs.· Landscape and grounds maintenance, including hedge trimming, weed removal and spraying, tree trimming, lawn mowing, plant care, and cleanup and removal of leaves and refuse.· Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs and installations based on skill level.· Cut, thread, repair, and install steel pipe.· Cut, fit, install, and solder copper pipe and tubing.· Repair and install PVC pipe and fittings and maintain plant irrigation systems.· Inspect and maintain wash rack wastewater recycling systems.· Inspect, maintain, and replace storm water runoff drain inlet oil and sediment guards.· Inspect and maintain air compressors, pressure washers, steam cleaners, and air and oil distribution systems.· Inspect and maintain shop roll up and overhead doors and operators.· Set up, and clean, conference room tables and chairs.· Move, and sometimes assemble, office furniture, file cabinets, and computers.· Operate backhoe, water truck, man lift, scissor lift, skid steer, and forklift.· Care of, and responsibility for, company service truck.· Document work completed on required forms and report daily to supervisor.· Supply personal tools to complete tasks as described above.· Complete other duties as may be assigned. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must have a valid California driver’s license, and a clean DMV report.     Company: Holt of California Location: Stockton, CA 95206 Salary/Wage: 15.00 - 18.00 USD /hour Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Installation/Maintenance/Repair Occupations: Facilities Management/Maintenance Relevant Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Education Level: High School or equivalent Industry: Construction - Industrial Facilities and Infrastructure Company: Holt of California Email: Apply by Email Address: 7310 Pacific AvePleasant Grove,CA 95813 Fax: 916-991-8301
