SCANA Corporation’s Facilities Maintenance and Construction Department has an immediate opening for a Facilities Project Manager located in Columbia, South Carolina.

 

Facilities Project Manager

The position is responsible for building construction projects to include planning, design, construction oversight and budget management of commercial buildings. Position is responsible for ensuring compliance to all building codes and environmental regulations, and ensuring that any licenses or permits are obtained to comply with local or state regulations.  Position is also responsible for ongoing development and management of facility maintenance practices for the company. 

 

Requirements include at least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of project management and facilities maintenance experience.
