Facilities Quality Improvement Coodinator

Requisition #2890Facilities Quality Improvement Coodinator (Property, Dorchester)Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pmSalary: Commensurate with experience
Responsibilities:Manages the development and implementation steps to plan, coordinate, execute and follow up on Property internal audits.Assesses and ensures compliance with HUD, CARF, HQS, OSHA, State and Federal standards.Schedules and performs audits, creating audit reports, and reporting findings to management.Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a culturally diverse staff.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Monitors the completion of audit activities.Evaluate work orders and projects to ensure timely completion and optimal quality of workmanship. Qualifications:
Ability to go up and down the stairs to multiple floors to perform various duties such as inspections or observe performance of staff or contractors.Professional documentation and communication skills.Demonstrated organizational skills.Ability to function under pressure in a fast paced and challenging environment.Current and valid driver’s license and use of own vehicle At least 5 years previous work experience in applicable field such as property management, facilities, construction, or development.Provides emergency on-call coverage.Responsible for own tools and materials.Performs other duties as assigned by Property Director.
