Our current opening in Order Entry, Material Tracking and Inventory Management offers organizational structure in a fast paced environment and the freedom to excel. 

 

Candidate must have 3 years of general experience.  Experience ordering and expediting material is an advantage but not required.  Candidates should possess strong computer skills including MS Office applications and the ability to learn and adapt to new software.

 

This position entails organization and creation of physical and electronic job files, creating and tracking purchase orders, inventory management and re-ordering of stock material.  This position is also responsible for expediting and receiving material.

 

Ideal candidates will possess refined organizational and communication skills.  Successful employees possess the flexibility to effectively manage their time throughout the day.  Regular communication with vendors is required to expedite material to meet our installation schedule.  Regular communication with our Salesmen, Scheduling, Servicemen and AP is required to ensure accurate and timely execution and billing of each job.  Our 24/7 service business requires flexibility from our employees to meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements:

High School diploma

3 years general workplace experience including phone skills

Strong Computer literacy (MS Office applications required)

Speak and write English fluently

US resident or citizen
