Pacific Coast Steel is one of the largest and most capable reinforcing and structural steel contractors in the United States. Headquartered in San Diego, Pacific Coast Steel has offices through the Western United States. We are currently seeking a Field Administrative Assistant to work full-time in our newly opened Auburn Washington facility.  Successful applicant will be reliable, possess strong communication, time-management, and people skills.  

 

Job Requirements:

Two to four years administrative experience  

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Strong-intermediate computer application skills, including MS Office Suite

Excellent verbal and written communication

Organized and Detail Oriented

Reliable, pro-active, and forward thinking

Professional demeanor, appearance, speech, and attitude





Job Description:

The Field Administrative Assistant will fulfill a key role in assisting with the initial set-up and organization of our new Washington Facility. Duties will include (but are not limited to) assisting the Field Operations department by maintaining the daily Field Scheduler, collecting, tracking, and ensuring completion of new hire packets, working as a liaison between Payroll and Field Operations, as well as providing general administrative support such as answering phones, handling mail and overnight deliveries, ordering and maintaining supplies, and other general office support activities. Other duties may also include setting-up and working with vendors for facility maintenance

The Office Administrator position is being offered at $16-19 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
