Field Representative

Job Duties

Provides on site assistance to the project management team in the oversight of the design, permitting, construction and administration of Mohegan Sun development projects on a day-to-day basis at the project site.  Coordinates and facilitates project team meetings.  Follows up on the detailed task lists and work effort assessment of the project on a day to day basis.  Reports, as required, to the project management team any discrepancies noted on site or during planning meetings.  Acts as a liaison between Mohegan Sun and all key players and team members of the project.  Attends on-site project meetings as directed so as to provide any needed assistance.  Performs other related duties as assigned.  Promotes superior customer service.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

Three years experience in a project management environment having experience in some or all of the facets in the development, design and construction of mixed-use projects is required.  Some knowledge of permitting, regulatory and legal requirements associated with the development, design and construction of large mixed-use is preferred.  Must have proven organizational skills and the ability to establish priorities.  Knowledge of project management software as it relates to schedule and cost control.
