We are looking for an entry-level, full-time field service technician who takes pride in their work and will do what it takes to get the job done right with an immediate start date and on-the-job training.

 

Job Description:

 

The field technician will make new branch connections, provide flow control with line stops or pipe freezing, install valves directly into mains while running live and custom applications as provided. In addition, the technician will acquire the knowledge and understanding of the industry and services provided; attain the knowledge and operational skills necessary to perform services and repairs to enable efficient field performance; be responsible for all company safety rules; and adhere to all policies.

 

Must Have Requirements:

 

— Construction and mechanical background with piping experience is preferred, but not required

— Ability and willingness to work different AM start times in various locations as required

— Must be willing to work overtime and be available for after-hour emergency services when necessary

— Ability and willingness to work in a variety of work environments including outdoors in all weather conditions

— Ability and willingness to perform physically challenging tasks for extended periods of time (for example – bending, twisting, kneeling, crawling, pulling/pushing, standing, walking, squatting and climbing)

— Heavy lifting

— Develop ability to respond to customer requirements and address problem-solving aspects of all fieldwork to determine solutions

— Possess a positive “whatever it takes” attitude

— Responsible and accountable for shop operations

— Must possess a valid driver’s license

— Must pass drug and background check
