HR Administrator

Position Summary:
We are in need of a qualified, well-rounded professional HR Administrator to join our profitable and growing electrical contracting company in east Plano, TX near I-75.

Duties may initially include various activities in the realm of HR, including the following: 
-New hire orientation
-Benefits management- including health & dental insurance, 401K, etc.
-Payroll management and processing, including direct deposit
-Payroll tax processing, payment, and deposits
-Workers comp insurance management.
-Employee electrician licensing tracking
-Some GL work & some light IT.
-Company vehicle assignment and tracking- including fuel card and maintenance card issuance through Enterprise
 
Qualifications: - in order of priority
-Team Player willing to grow with the company and learn

-Attention to detail and pride in your work

-Self-starter who can work well with little supervision.

-4+ Years experience in HR: payroll, benefits admin, and/or HR compliance


-Experience with the commercial construction industry.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Peachtree Quantum experience a plus


-Some college preferred


Starting pay for this position is competitive and dependent upon experience and qualifications.
