HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
Clark’s Quality Roofing, one of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the Western United States, is seeking a motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual for a position as a Human Resources Assistant to support our Human Resources Manager in our corporate office.
A qualified candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and 2+ years experience in an Administrative Assistant or clerical position, preferably in HR. All applicants must be computer literate and proficient in Word and Excel.
Duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining employee files, filling out new hire and termination paperwork, performing annual audits of files, recruiting, benefit administration, conducting new hire orientations, administering employee perks and working with supervisors to facilitate the annual performance review process.
