HTML/CSS Developer to Perform Table Less Coding

Job Title: HTML/CSS Developer

 

Summary of Position:

NetEffects is seeking a HTML/CSS Developer that is capable of performing table less coding for one of our fastest growing privately held clients.

 

Required Skills:

·  At least three (3) years experience with HTML and CSS.

·  Ability to efficiently navigate and cut up a layered Adobe Photoshop document for design assets.

·  Knowledgeable in Usability, Information architecture, Cross-browser and platform compatibility.

·  At least one (1) year experience with Graphical interface design.

·  At least one (1) year experience Web graphic production.

·  Ability to work quickly but with a strong attention to detail and accuracy

·  A thorough understanding of W3C and Accessibility guidelines

 

Preferred Skills:

·  AJAX / JavaScript (a big plus)

 

Responsibilities:

·  Provide production support to design team by developing site pages using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) without the presence of tables for non-tabular data.

·  Also responsible for the technical execution of design assets including final HTML/CSS templates and project work files. 

·  Produce Web graphical assets (as needed) while adhering to pre-determined style guidelines.

·  Produce standards compliant HTML/CSS pages from master source documents (PSD) for integration into applications.
