HVAC Estimator

Charlotte, North Carolina area company offering permanent position with competitive pay and benefits.

The estimator position requires the following:

* Trained in computer estimating especially Estimation software.

* Proven success and at least 5 years experience in bidding on HVAC projects including:

o Commercial
o Schools
o Shopping centers
o Office
o Restaurants
o Public utility
o Churches
o Industrial/manufacturing
o Design build
o Negotiated


* Knowledge of sheet metal

* Knowledge of hydronics (boilers, chillers, piping, etc).

* Plumbing knowledge and estimating is a plus
