Description:

Responsible for managing and estimating several jobs in North Carolina.  Responsible for managing a crew of field associates on the jobs.

Duties:Estimating and making recommendations for projects.Responsible for handling employee requests, training and development of field employees.Make recommendations for hiring decisions.Make recommendations for disciplinary matters.Supervises work by evaluating the quality/quantity of work.Maintains thorough records pertaining to the job and the employees.Maintains constant communication with the Retrofit Services Manager.
