HVAC Project Manager for Mechanical Contractor

Manage approximately 2 to 5 million total annually of various size and type commercial (office and retail shells/tenant build outs/etc.) HVAC projects (mostly roof top and split system applications). Must be able to read and understand: plans and specifications; contracts; purchasing and equipment procurement; ductwork; piping; insulation; controls; subcontracts; scheduling; submittals; progress billing; close out documents; etc... Knowledge of chillers, boilers, DDC controls, mechanical engineering, etc... is not required but can be a plus. Must be a team player with good communication skills and be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Great opportunities are open with a well established local mechanical contractor.
