Human Resources Manager

Due to fast-paced growth, we are currently seeking a new Human Resources Manager for the corporate headquarters. This position will perform Generalist duties to include research and development of personnel related programs and policies in accordance with project and/or corporate goals, prepare and conduct HR related training, resolve unemployment complaints and other employee related issues. Mantain a working knowledge of state and federal regulations as well as company policies. Advise supervisory staff on resolution of employee concerns and complaints.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years in a HR Generalist or Manager's role, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to multi task is essential. PHR Certification and Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred.
