We are looking for a Human Resources Operations Analyst to support our Human Resources team.

 

As Human Resources Operations Analyst, you will assist in the research, development, evaluation and improvement of existing HR programs and processes and perform audits of existing HR functions (including Payroll, Benefits Administration, Recruitment Administration and Immigration Administration) to assess the effectiveness of the function and to ensure compliance with applicable local laws and company policy.

 

If you have effective comprehension, listening, interpersonal and communication skills, we would like to hear from you. Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment are also essential. Applicants should possess knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll business principles and practices, workflow analysis, business systems and process design and analytical and statistical concepts and methods while maintaining confidentiality and effectively handling multiple assignments.

 

Our commitment to you begins with remuneration in the range of US $60,000 – $70,000.

 

Interested? If you possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management or related field and have at least 2 years post qualification experience in centralized/shared services Human Resources environment with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role, so are we.
