summary

To provide administrative and clerical support to the Manager, Investor Communications and to assist in the Investor Relations functions that ensure the daily, routine and special projects are handled expediently.

 

responsibilities (*essential functions)

 

· Assist in maintaining all investor relations files.

· Update Analysts’ files as directed (information changes/updates provided by Manager-IC to include firm relocation, change of address, etc. received by phone and/or email, etc).

· Receive, stamp and submit invoices to the Investor Communications Manager for approval; forward to VP-Treasurer for second approval before submitting to accounts payable; maintain copies for monthly budget review by the manager.

· Responsible for all literature requests fulfillment (phone, wesite, and interoffice requests).

· Database management – input new contacts from investor relations meetings in-house; add all to contact  list; provide report to the manager.

· Assist with the quarterly conference call and web cast which includes taking confirmation calls, emails, and faxes; acknowledge all email and phone calls when requested; prepare and submit participant list to VP-Treasurer and conference service.

· Assist with road show and conference which includes preparing financial packets and mailing the packets with a confirmation letter.

 

job specifications

 

· Must be pursuing a college degree preferably in public relations.

· Strong knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.

· Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism is a must.

· Able to lift and transport files and lifts boxes up to 40 pouds.
