Job Description: 

As a member of the sales and support team, you will work closely with customers and manufactures over the phone, by email and fax.  In this position your responsibilities will include: preparing quotations, order entry & tracking, assisting customers in product selection, increasing product sales by offering accessories and complementary products, negotiating prices with customers and manufacturers, crossing competitive products to those sold by the company, expediting materials, develop and maintain positive customer relations. 

 

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with strong phone, sales, organizational, and computer skills.

Industrial Electrical Controls experience is required.

Strong Oral and Written Skills are a must.

Experience interfacing with customers in a sales or support role is required.

Strong Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Email, Scanner) are necessary.

The individual must be self-motivated and able to work towards a directed goal with minimal supervision.

Candidate must be a quick thinker, aggressive, and willing to think outside the box to accomplish goals.

The individual must possess the desire to continuously learn new products and technologies available from the manufactures we represent.

Candidate must be very passionate about working with customers and helping close sales.

No overnight travel is required with the exception of training classes as required.
