INSIDE SALES

 

 

BASIC FUNCTION

 

To promote excellent customer service and support sales within a Bradco branch.  Supports Outside Sales and answers to Branch Management. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

 Attends to customer’s needs at the counter, by phone and on e-mail.Supports Outside Sales leads and sells Bradco products.Generates and maintains good customer relations.Communicates the needs, wants, and expectations of all customers.Gains and maintains proficiency in product knowledge.Keeps abreast of all relevant changes in the industry.Reports to an Assistant Branch Manager and/or Branch Manager.Accomplishes other related duties as assigned.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

 Be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of all available products.Becomes proficient in industry standards, practices and product knowledge.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Articulate. Excellent keyboarding skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.  Able to multi-task.Demonstrates a professional image.  Must be team-oriented and organized with a strong work ethic!

 

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCEMinimum of 2 years demonstrated & verifiable success in sales. Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.  Basic computer skills necessary.College degree preferred.  High School diploma required. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

 Ability to occasionally and safely lift up to 25lbs without assistance.No heavy lifting required. Ability to work in an office setting 100% of the work week.
