JOB PURPOSE: To supervise the insulation craft on industrial construction projectsMAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:· To lead and motivate all experience levels of insulators.· Attend and participate in project scheduling meeting.· Collaborate with the Construction Manager with regards to manpower requirements.· Manage and Coordinate the inter-relational activities of Foreman level subordinates.· Build a professional and personal relationship with the customer’s site equivalent.· Accurately complete all required daily supervisor reports. · Work with the Project Management team in establishing and maintaining the project budget.· Management reserve the right to assign or re-define duties and instruct the post holder to carry out any other duty commensurate with this post.COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:· Must have 10 years of experience in the capacity of an Insulator Superintendent. · Must have good verbal and written communication skills· Must be a leader and motivator of people.· Must be able to work under adversity and external pressures.· Must be able to embrace change as a challenge and not an impasse; then adapt his methods to accommodate the change.· Must be able to make sound and decisive recommendations as it relates to construction execution issues.  EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent   Computer Literacy Training  Preferred: Insulator Trade School Certificate   COMMENTS:  We are looking to fill at least 10 of these positions for various job sites in the U.S., and Tampico Mexico.For immediate consideration, please email your current resume to hr@tracerindustries.com , or fax to 713-865-9898, attention:  Joel or Brenda.  Send this Job to a Friend View all "Tyco" jobs Learn more about Tyco
